Marcelo Rosadilla is an attorney, mediator, negotiator, arbitrator, consultant, facilitator, and cross-cultural expert, who received his LL.M.

In Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. Marcelo has worked as a private mediator in many different cases throughout California and Brazil, and does volunteer mediation work for CCR (Center for Conflict Resolution), and CAMP (California Academy of Mediation Professionals). Marcelo is also active in helping the Judiciary, Law Firms, Bar Associations, and Universities with the study, development and application of dispute resolution in the world. Marcelo also teaches Mediation, Negotiation, and Cross-Cultural Dispute Resolution courses in the academic and professional programs at the Straus Institute, as an Adjunct Professor.
